North Stradbroke Island, locally referred to as ‘Stradbroke’ or ‘Straddie’, is one of the largest sand islands (Fraser Island being the largest) in the world. North Stradbroke Island is situated at the southern end of Moreton Bay and is easily accessible by ferry from Cleveland.
