This idyllic setting provides sweeping views of the local beaches, over the Coral Sea and the sand dunes of Moreton Island. Chef owner Peter Roelfes and his wife Beate bring together decades of experience in hospitality from all around the world. As a result the style of the food is a fantastic combination of classic and contemporary methods and the service friendly and professional.

Amis utilizes the local fishing industry, providing the freshest of seafood fare. The local Butchery supplies premium cuts.
