TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTELS WITHIN NORTH STRADBROKE ISLAND

By booking directly with Pandanus Palms Resort and/or their hotel websites you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL

Pandanus Palms Resort reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. To stay Pandanus Palms Resort, a person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival if requested.

If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $200 is required.

CANCELLATION

A deposit is required for all apartments which is 30% of your accommodation tariff to confirm the booking

We will then forward a receipt for your confirmation within the next 24 hours.

The balance will be due upon your arrival by cash or credit card. We will also require a credit card imprint & pre-authorization on arrival for security purposes.

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the booked arrival date and a full refund of your deposit will be refunded less a $30 administration fee.
For cancellations between 29 – 15 days prior to the booked arrival date, deposit will be refunded if the villa is re-let for the entire period less a $30 administration fee.
Less than 14 days’ notice, no refunds given.
The booking is only confirmed subject to a full deposit being processed and room availability

Our Office hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 1.00pm Saturday and 9.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.
We cannot 100% guarantee any one particular apartment; however, we will certainly do our best to meet with your requests.

CANCELLATIONS FOR DISCOUNTED AND PROMOTIONAL RATES

For example: Advanced Purchases Rates, multiple night stays and “Stay 2 and Save” Advance purchase and other specials will be charged at time of booking.

Advance purchase and other specials are non-refundable or transferable to another date.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 2:00 pm.

Check-out time is 9:30 am or 9:00 pm during Peak season.

Changes to check-in or check-out times can be arranged in advance directly with the hotel, changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

AT CHECK-IN

A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival.

If a valid credit card is not presented a cash bond of up to $200 is required

Payment by third party credit cards (Charge Back) may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly.

RATES AND CHARGES

Full payment for your stay will be charged within 24 hours of arrival unless stated otherwise.

CHILDREN

Pandanus Palms Resort considers children to be from 4 and 16 years. 0-4 Years can stay at no additional charge if they are in their own cot. Using existing bedding and Portable cots are an additional charge and are subject to availability, Portable cots only be used in certain room types.

ADDITIONAL BEDS

Roll-away beds are available at an additional charge and are subject to availability, Roll-away beds can only be used in certain room types.

GUESTS LIABILITY

All guests will be liable for any loss or damage to their accommodation room and its contents, fair wear and tear accepted.

All guests agree to pay the rate quoted for the entire stay and any additional charges that are billed to the room before, during or after the stay; including but not limited to mini-bar, room service and food and beverage outlets.

All hotels in Australia are non-smoking. Any guest smoking in their room may be asked to leave the hotel and will incur a charge of $400 for having the room off-line for cleaning and deodorising.

BEST RATE GUARANTEED

Pandanus Palms Resort guarantee all guests will get the Best Available Rate when they book direct with the hotels either by phone, email or on the hotel’s own web sites. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates or advance purchase offers. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply if the lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion and when comparing rates both rates must have tax included or tax excluded to ensure a fair comparison.
